The new HVAC install yesterday was most excellent (yay for the ‘prison break’ cute install team), and I’m now the proud owner of one very quiet, very large (oye) Trane system (XL16i heat pump + variable-speed air handler + CleanEffects air cleaner) and $6800 of new debt.

Getting the new Trane heatpump, air handler, and “clean air” system installed on Monday.
Talk about timing! The current system’s been recently taking about an hour in the morning to raise the temp from 68′ to 70′. Used to only take about 15 minutes…
