Things I need.

An “Idiots Guide” on “How to safely (i.e. so you won’t have to see your chiropractor the next day) roll your 50lb won’t-wake-up-for-nothing sleeping beagle out of your way so that you can rollover in bed” and housemates who don’t get laundry detergent all over the outside of a laundry detergent bottle that has a spillproof lid on it. ![]()
Hmmm I dont think they have a Idiots guide to help with the beagle. Could always try putting him on a treadmill though so at least he isnt so heavy to move. Just a thought…..
as for the detergent thing, hmmm I dont think they have an idiot’s guide for stuff that you would think is just common sense. Apparently it’s needed though. HAHA
No you just need to have separte detergent..
Of course then it becomes such a hassle that you just want to live by yourself most of the time.
Maybe their is a housemate swapping site somewhere.
Idiot Common Sense.
Common Sense isn’t. It’s just not common. To those of us who ‘get it’, it only seems like common sense. To the rest of them (it is THEM after all, not US that do not get it.) what you’re upset about seems stupid, or silly.
it’s like the great cartoon from Farside:

This covers both the dog and your roomies.
Good luck on the roomies.
Actually, as much as I love to bitch about him, Ian’s a very well trained housemate (especially after the contrasting experience of having lived with Sean).
I LOVE THAT FARSIDE CARTOON! That’s going on the fridge.
