Got this in the mail today. Almost makes me want to go back and delete my post bitching about Cox changing our IP address, but since the mayor of New Orleans used to be a Cox executive, that post stays. 
Effective September 15th, 2005, your Cox Business Internet(sm) service was automatically migrated from 4.0M / 512K to 5.0M / 2.0M with no increase in your monthly service fees, and no extension or changes to the terms of your current contract.
Not bad for $69/mo!
