Ok, I don’t want to get too excited and jinx it, but I had my eye appointment on Tuesday and I LOVE MY NEW DOCTOR. Well, as much as one can love another person after 45 minutes.

For my straight brethren, she’s a hottie. She’s blonde, about five-foot-nothing and has an awesome figure. She also has a very kick-ass personality and is totally cool with helping me find a set of lenses that I can see out of.

FWIW, with my lenses in, my left eye is 20/40 and my right eye is 20/60. With no lenses in, I can’t read the 20/800 line. They don’t make anything larger, so …

It’s going to be a drop weekend around here — CM, Dan and Joe are all heading home, and Rico’s working. Guess I won’t have an excuse for not getting some work on the kitchen done.

I’m very impressed w/ Rico’s enthusiasm on getting both the kitchen and the bathroom done. Every day he comes home from work with either more tips for how to get the work done, or more parts that we need to start. It’s nice to be in this mess “with” someone else!
