CHESTER, Va. (AP) – Authorities say part of a building under construction in a Richmond, Va. suburb has collapsed, and as many as 12 workers may be inside.
Chesterfield County Fire Lieutenant Matt Coffin says 911 dispatchers received reports that a dozen workers were inside when a 60-foot-section came crashing down Wednesday.

The season opener of Sarah Conner Chronicles (on Tuesday) and the series premiere of Fringe (last night) ROCKED!!!!!!!!!! (Enough so that I’m almost not anymore bitter about no ‘24′ last season. Yeah, yeah, I know it wasn’t directly their fault, but I’m still holding them accountable).
