It’s for sale .. cheap! 
Dude got out of the NAVY and hired on with a company up in NY that’s doing his relocation. Apparently they want a quick sale because $240 for the house is way cheap ($250 would be about the current market value), and $6 towards closing costs is crazy!?!
The big differences between that house and our house is that they converted the garage into a room (adding another 400 sq feet to the house) and their loft started as a loft, so it’s actually complete over there.
