I’ve secretly replaced my regular torrenting program (Azureus) with one called Transmission. Let’s see if I notice.
OK, it’s faster and sexier. OF COURSE I NOTICED. 
Check out its dock icon (far right):
On a side note, I’ve also started using Safari instead of Firefox. Not a huge fan of the way that Safari does bookmarks, but boy can it render a page quicker!
