		<description>I think so.  Instead of being uber-stuffed all night after eating out, both Scott and I are kinda gnashish around 10pm'sh, so I guess that means we're eating less, which had to eventually lead to weight loss, right?

Well, perhaps not if every side-dish is mac 'n cheese or mashed potatoes.  :)

I'm still having a lot of fun taking the dogs for the 2.5 mile walk around Lake James.  That helps too.

One of my pair of size 38 pants is tight, the others are nice and loose, and I fit into L underroos now instead of XL.  yay 

Need to hit the Scotimus up for advice on how to work out with some free weights for my arms now that I can't swim anymore...</description>
