So I pulled the trigger and (Amazon) Prime’d 2 TiVo Series3’s today. If they work as well as I think they will, I’ll be canceling DirecTV tomorrow night.
The upfront cost for this project is … ouch … $700 after rebates, but by jettisoning the $80 monthly DirecTV bill, this switch should actually [...]
