That's what I use to snag Weeds since we didn't subscribe to Showtime this season, and it works great! You should talk Victor into installing that on his mini, since it's turned on all of the time and can be torrenting during the day while you guys aren't there. Then you can just APPLE-K to the mini, copy the file to your MBP, and off you go. :) Since you watch pretty much everything on your notebook anyways, TVShows + Azureus pretty much equals TiVo.
