After NUMEROUS meetings with our district parts and service rep we still have problems with our jeep. So far we are up to 106 days in the shop (ONE HUNDRED AND SIX!) lemme type that again ONE HUNDRED AND SIX!!!!! Thats $2506.24 in car payments we've made for our new car to sit at the dealer, and we either have NO rental or a base 4cyl. sebring car that neither of us fit into....and Chrysler still sticks to the line "Your car isnt a lemon." Maybe my outlook would be a little different if they had handled things in a more customer service oriented way. You may have had good luck with your Jeeps in the past, but fair warning, if by some horrible streak of bad luck you get the bad one like we did, dont expect any help from the manufacturer. Not to mention that the value of our jeep has dropped from $43k to $19k in just over a year.... Its just something to think about. OHH and P.S. ..
