I needed to talk to amazon.com today about a shipping issue (as in DHL said they couldn’t deliver the package that I had a tracking number for because amazon never gave it to them to deliver). They’ve got this cool system now where they won’t give you their number, but if you type in your number, they’ll call you back either ASAP, in 5 minutes, 10 minutes or 15 minutes. I chose ASAP, clicked OK, and my phone rang immediately and I was connected to someone who spoke English as their native language before I knew it. Yay! ![]()
But did they get your problem resolved ASAP?
It took two calls “from” Amazon to get everything worked out, but yes, everything was resolved nicely.
