Our web/email server will be down starting next Tuesday (when we move) until Cox Cable has had a chance to move our service to the new house, so if you see any 404’s or get email bounced back as undeliverable, that’d be why.

Between the FSBO thing, work, and having a quasi-cold, I haven’t had much time for here.

So we received an offer (and a filled-out and signed contract, minus our info) this morning, but for $7K less than our offer, but the guy FSBO’ing us our next house said he’d split the difference, so .. yay, it all works out!
