OK, so far no hits from the craiglist ad, which is a blessing as after hearing the advice “you really should consider painting your bright yellow and blue living room/dining room walls to something more neutral”, I decided to paint the bright yellow and blue iliving room/dining room walls to something more neutral. That, plus we’re going to store the foosball table and several boxes of crap over at Carla’s until we move. Less clutter = good when selling a house. 
First coat of primer was Monday. Second coat was last night (the blue was a real bitch to paint over). Boring “generic apartment not-quite-white” goes up tonight. Painting 3 hours a night isn’t my idea of fun.
I’ll throw yard signs up this Saturday.
