Got a response within 5 minutes … from a realtor. heh heh If the FSBO thing doesn’t work out, that’s definately Plan B, but not from outer space or anything weird like that. A realtor from outer space would probably cost me 10% instead of 6%-7%. 
Although I listed it, we still have a few hours worth of touchups left to do. If you left me a VM or email and haven’t gotten a reply, this would be why.
