Sweet. The guy whose (is that the right word?) house we’re buying is off in Alabama or somewhere rural like that looking for property, has found something down there he’s interested in, and now wants us to get this over with ASAP vs. waiting until October/November. Awesome!
Now I just have to beat the roofer and trim painter repeatedly until they show up and get their shit done!
