The issues mentioned are all relevant. Sean gets driveway parking because he lived here before Ian. Well, actually, Ian was our first roommate (and had driveway parking), but he moved out, and then Sean moved in and claimed the driveway. To avoid a driveway cluster-fuck, before Ian moved back in, I told him he'd have to park on the street, which has has (for the most part) for the last 10 months. It's only been recently that he's started to park in the driveway, which really can screw stuff up, so ... OK, in order:
