I’m Level 5 on Thugs.com

I was surprised to hear that our neighbor Dave (not the hottie) was denied a job this week because he had a misdemeanor on his record. This really surprised me as Dave’s a Grade-AAAAAA Christian who I couldn’t image doing anything wrong, much less something misdemeanor worthy. Turns out that if you’re found guilty of reckless driving, that goes on your CRIMINAL record as a misdemeanor. Having a reckless driving ticket on my record, apparently I now have a criminal record. I’m not too thrilled about this (mostly because Google’s being a bitch and not returning web pages that clearly state how long a misdemeanor stays on ones record), but it does have a certain naughty side that intriguing.
Speaking of naughty, is it bad to be laughing at the fact that my work-buddy Randall (and his gf) absconded to Miami yesterday, and now Miami is about to get deluged by hurricane Charlie? Before you answer, please consider these two extenuating facts: 1) Randall missed the storm part of hurrican Isable because he was in a training class in Raleigh, NC and 2) while everyone else in this area without power for days after hurricane Isabel, Randall never lost power, much less cable TV. Kharma can be such a bitch! heh heh
